On August 27~28, 2013, CEC has welcomed a work inspection visit from Yan Xiaojian, President of China HAISUM, Gao Shuwen, Director of HAISUM Human Resources Department, and Wang Wanqun, Director of HAISUM Party-masses Office, and together with leaders of No. 5 Department of Hunan provincial party committee. This visit is mainly to inspect CEC’s proposed vice general manager and candidates for reshuffling party committee and discipline inspection commission. Before the inspection, meeting with middle-level cadres was convened to explain the inspection and its requirement.
During the inspection, President Yan Xiaojian and leaders of China HAISUM visited staff members of both production and management departments and communicated with them to know about their work state and life conditions.
Meeting of middle-level and above cadres was convened in the afternoon on August 28, 2013, in which President Yan Xiaojian made an important speech based on actual production situation of both China HAISUM and CEC. President Yan Xiaojian briefed production situation of China HAISUM in 2012 and first half year of 2013, analyzed status and development characteristics of each sub-companies in industries incl. consulting, engineering, supervision and general contracting. He fully confirmed achievements made by CEC in the first half year of 2013 and arranged work in the next half year, which include fulfilling the production task in 2013, well preparing for qualification certificate renewal in the coming 2014, reshuffling leading officials of party committee and discipline inspection commission, maintaining sustainable development, developing new industry and new economic growth point, strengthening internal control and caring for employees and cultivating talents.
In the aspect of sustainable development, aiming at actual production situation of CEC and its existing problems, President Yan Xiaojian explained current situation and characteristics of each industry CEC involved in detail, which include paper making, foods, household appliances, salt & chemicals, supervision and general contracting, pointed out that CEC shall implement the three-year plan, try hard to have others do not have and be better in quality than others , develop new industry, find new economic growth point and achieve sustainable development. President Yan Xiaojian’s speech pointed out the working direction of CEC and greatly encouraged all the cadres of middle-level and above.
On the meeting, Fan Yan, Chairman of CEC, agreed that President Yan Xiaojian analyzed each industry CEC involved in detail and thoroughly checked problems existing in CEC. Important speech by President Yan Xiaojian make us better know about the status quo of CEC and also its development direction. Next, we will take the guidance, put work in each aspect into practice and constantly promote our management level without disappointing superior leaders’ expectation for CEC.
