In the afternoon of July 1st, 2015, CEC held the conference for celebrating the 94th anniversary of CPC’s founding, commending the outstanding party members and new members taking admission oath at report hall on the 9th floor of the office building. The conference was presided over by CEC’s Deputy Party Secretary Pan Xiangming, and all the CEC’s party members attended in the meeting. The conference began with all the attendants singing the national anthem.
At first, member of CEC party committee and CEC’s general manager Chen Zhiming, on behalf of the party committee, announced the commendation of CEC outstanding party members, excellent party workers and excellent party branch in year 2014; and hoped that the commended party members keep guard against arrogance and impetuosity and make new contributions.
Secretary of CEC party committee Fan Yan delivered important speech titled Make a Success of Education on Three Strict and Three Real, Reinforce Party Construction to Promote CEC’s Development on the conference.
Secretary Fan Yan reviewed the good results achieved through the second batch of party's mass line education practice carried out company-wide in 2014, which mainly focused in For the People, Pragmatic, Honest; pointed out that by such practice, party members and cadres in all levels set themselves against formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and extravagance, solved problems arising from strong concerns of the workers and staffs, which ensured the work style construction being the strong impetus for the company’s innovation, transformation and upgrading. In 2014, CEC’s production and management reached a historical high.
Secretary Fan Yan pointed out that following the Party Central Committee’s instruction, CEC has carried out topic education on Three Strict and Three Real among the leading cadres of middle management and above since April this year and elaborated the general requirement for such education program. Ms. Fan deemed that Three Strict and Three Real education is an important measure for further propelling the party’s ideological and political construction and work style construction as well and key to strictly enforce party’s political discipline and rules. CEC will seriously organize and implement this education program at all levels simultaneously.
The
conference was closed in the grand Internationale. By the conference, massive party members deeply realized that we must heighten our self-consciousness both ideologically and in action; take Three Strict and Three Real as standard of our behavior and as principle that we should follow for self-discipline and self-cultivation; combine the education with work on the company reform, development and stability; keep promoting reform, concentrate on development and strengthen the party construction; inspect the effectiveness of the education program by reviewing the results of promoting transformation and upgrading and enhancing corporate value management.
